Sam is also trained in Ultra sound therapy, electrotherapy, event taping and K Tape for rehabilitation.
I have been seeing Sam for treatment for the past year having made a return to rugby for the first time since leaving the Army. Her expert knowledge and experience in treating my PCL injury and developing a rehabilitation and strengthening programme has meant I’ve been able to run and play rugby to a ‘pre-injury’ level for the first time in years. Over the past year Sam has also taught me a great deal in injury prevention from effective strapping to the correct stretching and mobility exercises to help prevent a re-occurring ankle sprain I had been suffering from over the years. Sam always provides a friendly and comfortable environment and I always look forward to getting treatment.
